Allthough I will have to say he's not the most popular creature in my house saturday morning at 6 am!!!! Grrrr. As soon as I'm the slightest bit awake he starts miauing and wont stop untill I get up and feed him
Spoiled little ******!

Mags

Well it's true we let them rule us!!

Does Oliver get on well with Luna?

Jeanette
16-01-2005, 09:50 PM
Oh yes they get along great :) Oliver gets a face wash every time we come home from a walk, and just before we go to bed :)

I must admit though, that after 4 months with Oliver living on top of the cupboards I got a 3 months old kitten.... that helped.... unfortunately I had to give Oscar up for adoption as he was a bit too much for Oliver, who instead of giving back and standing up for himself, just miaued and tried to run...

I miss Oscar though...

Here's a pic of him:

This is how well Oscar and Luna got along, its a bit hard to see, but Oscar is actually biting her neck:

The pics are GREAT! what a beautiful looking dog! I love the middle picture! Sad that one had to go - sorry was it the dog that got re-homed?

Jeanette

Thanks :)

No it was the grey kitty :( it was last easter.

I want another kitty, but I have to be fair on Oliver. So it will probablely have to be 2 kitties, so they'll leave Oliver alone.

I will say, after Oscar was gone, Oliver was a different cat. On the positive site.. And he now just walk where he wants to, he's not the least bit scared of Luna :)

Luna is a beautiful dog Jeanette, she's a lovely colour and has a lovely shiny coat. What a shame about Oscar as they seemed so content together. Still, Oliver is happy now that's the main thing.
They're great pics!

Yes Oliver is happy, so I couldnt ask for more...... Well maybe another puppy and a few kittens :D

Great pics J!

Hey grass experts... (lol) cool pics! does it make the cats sick afterwards? Like normal grass does?

Mags
18-01-2005, 02:31 PM
Azz, I got up this morning to discover that Cassie had been sick on the kitchen floor
The grass does its job but I'll move it somewhere else at night as she's chewing on it too much!!!

Abbi

I wish mine would eat some of it - I am sure it would do them good as they don't go out! They just dont seem that bothered!

Mags
18-01-2005, 03:14 PM
Doesn't Daisy bother with it either? If she's anything like Cassie she picking up and eating lots of what she shouldn't outdoors and I think that's the main reason she likes the grass.

Abbi
18-01-2005, 03:45 PM
Nah she was not bothered either Mags, I took it up to her and she looked at me as if I was offering her something distgusting!

Mags
18-01-2005, 03:51 PM
:o That's strange cos I thought most cats ate grass :?

We'll have to think of a use for all that grass now! Is it acceptable on the Atkins diet? :smt102

lol Mags. Hey Abs send it up to me I've got a few bald patches in my front garden that could do with some grass :D

Abbi
18-01-2005, 04:23 PM
No joke Na it's blooming good grass!

Naomi
18-01-2005, 04:25 PM
Oooo it'll be too good for my front lawn then :?

Is it really expensive to buy?

Abbi
18-01-2005, 04:29 PM
 PML - Na it is proper cat grass in a tiny container you could not use on your lawn! It's about £2.50 for a small box - it's very thick.

Naomi
18-01-2005, 04:32 PM
Mmmm will have to remember that Abs

Abbi
18-01-2005, 05:23 PM
LOL!

Mags
18-01-2005, 07:33 PM
Abs I get mine from either a Garden Centre or DIY store. The one I'm using at the moment is Suttons Cats Grass and it cost £1.05 a packet......and I only used half a packet on that trayful. It's usually on the flower and veg seed racks.

Yours must be really lush!!!

Naomi
18-01-2005, 08:55 PM
Definately gotta give it a go

Mags
20-01-2005, 08:10 PM
Had to give the grass a trim today - it's growing faster than Cassie can eat it!

Abbi
20-01-2005, 09:24 PM
LOL - mine are ignoring it again

Mags
20-01-2005, 09:41 PM
Stick an artificial flower in the middle of it, put it on your best table......and you've got a lovely decoration!
