Yeah the name is a strange one - my mum had dogs all her life then when she was on her own and the dogs had been PTS I got her a kitten as a surprise - because he was from a breeder I had to name him before I took him from the breeder for the pedigree papers. My mum always joke that she wanted a white persian called Pom Pom - well pom pom he was named and it never really stuck and it just ended up and Pompsie we call him pomps for short!
