Tom or Queen?

Do you prefer male or female cats? which do you find more loving?

Just wondering really. :D

neutered toms always have been the most affectionate for me :D and given a choice I'd alsway choose tom over queen :D But both can be very affectionate, and both can be cold, so it depends on the cat :-)

But saying that.........I have 2 queens now :shock:

I have always had grils, until Archie and I must admit I think that males are much more friendly and affectionate - Archie is a real mummies boy - follows me everywhere and always wants a cuddle, Amber and Daisy are a lot more aloof!

Still love them all though! :lol:

Definately a tom (neutered). As Kate says they are a lot more affectionate and like a lot more cuddles. Cassie will have a cuddle as and when she wants one on my lap but she doesn't like being picked up for a cuddle.....I still love her lots though! :lol:

Yep think I have to agree Oscar is soooo loving (neutured Tom) his sister Cleo is to, but Oz is a lovin boy. Achie (also neutured Tom) was just the same.

Males are almost always more effectionate - girls can be a lot more independent! (Hmmm wonder which other species is similar to this one?! :-/) !!!

Would be nice if we could mate Cheetah and keep a tom next time :-)

Kaz, my friends bought the kittens from Azz - they are amazing!! They are fully grown now and stunning cats!
