They are so georgous! Are you in the UK are you selling them - how much would they cost??

Think my other half would go mental if I said I wanted another one - but they really are lovely!

Thanx Tina, Abbi

Yes we are in the UK, South Wales :D

We really don't know if we are selling them as we are getting more attached to them day by day

Apparantly Blue Bengals are quite rare! But I've got no idea how much they go for! 'Normal' pet Bengals go for about £400 tho

They are mad tho - Cheetah is more like a dog where she follows you everywhere, plays fetch and has a 'conversation' with you - she actually waits for you to stop talking before she talks herself!

Here are some more pics taken last night by placing the camera into the kitten box (so I didn't know what I was taking a pic of half of the time!)...

I WANT ONE!

Azz they are beautiful - other half not impressed that I have mentioned another cat - as we already have three - fish and two chinchillas (caged rodents) Think I would be pushing my luck to get any more - but I certainly understand that you could get attached to them!

we already have three (cats) - fish and two chinchillas (caged rodents)

Bit of a zoo then! Are Chinchillas the ones that bounce/climb/run all around the cage? (or am I thinking of sommin else?)

I know what you mean about getting attached! They were play fighting yesterday in their box and they looked so cute! I can't wait when Cheetah allows them out of the box - they are gonna be mad!! Little  's

Yep that's right the chins are very cute like small little rabbit/squirrels love em!

I know if I was you I couldn't part with both the kittens - but which one would you choose!!!!

Hi Abbi!!

Yeah you need to reduce the file or image size - have you got photoshop or mspaint? Or which program do you use to open pictures with?

You want to try to get the image size to about 438 pixels by 300 or similar (500 x 500pixels should be fine etc). This should bring the file size down especially if you save them as a .jpg

then once thats done you can upload them to an image host, check out this page for more details on that... http://catpages.co.uk/talk/viewtopic.php?t=14

let me know if you need any more help!

Because of that problem I had with Amber and her upset tummy I today spent £38 on Hills Scicne Plan but have worked it out and it should last me 50 days feeding two cats two times a day - so I am quite pleased - my boyfriend wasn't though carrying a 10kg bag home from the pet shop!!! Oppss!

Cats are happy though!

Azz

Hi Abbi!

The brown spotted one will go green or hazel/yellow, but I'm not sure about the blue one - the snow spotted ones are generally blue but the Blue bengals are quite rare so I'm not sure! I'll try and find out - but don't expect to hear from me for a week or so as we are in the middle of packing! (hope to move on Tuesday :-)

Thanks Abbi :)

Where did your pix get to btw??

(If you are still having trouble changing the size of the images here's how to do it in MS Paint:

To change the size of your picture
On the Image menu, click Attributes.
Under Units, click the unit of measurement you want to use for the width and height.
Type the measurements in Width and Height.
Notes

You can also resize your picture by dragging the image resize handles, located at the lower-right corner and along the bottom and right sides of your picture. (You might need to maximize the window to see the square resize handles.)
If your current picture is bigger than the new size, the picture is cut from the right side and bottom to fit within the smaller area. If your current picture is smaller than the new size, the extra area is filled with the selected background color.)

Hope that helps :D

Great pix Azz, they really show off their distinctive markings. Blue looks fantastic and it's hard to tell Cheetah and Boo-boo apart. Bet they're really playful now! :) :)

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags! Nice to see you here!

Yeah they are SOOOOO playful now as we've increased their play area - they run up the stairs into the lounge and all the way back down! lol - so funny to watch! Know what you mean about BooBoo and Cheetah, we've often glanced at them playing and thought he was Cheetah!

I'll have to dig out some more pix and post em...

How's Cassie btw?

Mags

Cassie is fine, thanks. She is definately a 'summer' cat as she hardly ventures out in the winter, she just eats and sleeps and likes being fussed over! Bit like Garfield !

Have you found any homes yet? If not I may be tempted :!: :!: :!:

Azz
15-03-2004, 03:19 AM
hey Teens!! missed ya! [hugs] :-)

Yes we have found a very good home for both of them (sorry!). They are Abbi's friends and will be picking them up in a fortnights time.

Sorry to hear about your Flu! Where did you go btw?

Tama
15-03-2004, 03:36 AM
That's a shame :!: But as they are Abbi's friends I'll let you off

I didn't go far, Paris to visit old friends - I left the kitts with me mother, which was extended as I was a little under the weather..good way to get a babysitter eh :!:

Well finally had time to have a look at the kittens - we have some very beautiful Bengals in Australia but I have never seen a blue one - very interesting and of course very cute kitties.

The new owners will be delighted I am sure when they get their little striped/spotted babies.

Not that hard to let them go is it when really nice people come along to adopt them and also by that stage when it feels like you have a house full of cats - not just two kittens.lol.

Azz
16-03-2004, 12:31 AM
We were quite lucky that we had a Blue in our first litter - Pat who bred our queen has only ever had three and she's been breeding for yonks! Apparently they are the first in the litter to go and judging by the amount of enquiries we had saying "have you still got the Blue.." I can believe it.

it's getting to that stage now where it feels like the house is full of cats as they are running around everywhere, manic!
