Does anyone know if I need to apply sunblock to my white babies when they are inside . My guys love to sleep in our back conservatory which is all glass and they sleep right up against the windows. It gets VERY hot. I read recently that sunblock should be used even when they are inside by a window because the sun's rays will still burn them. Is that correct? When they are outside in their compound, I always put sunscreen on their ears if the weather is hot, but never when they are inside. They now spend most of their days inside in the conservatory as there are workmen fixing our garage and they are afraid of the noise. Perhaps I should be still putting sunscreen on them. ??????

Yes i would, better be safe than sorry & a dab on their wee noses. Unless you have tinted glass in your conservatory it is advisable to use the sunscreen

Burning is caused by uvb rays, which can't pass through glass, so no, sunscreen isn't necessary and won't help.
