Well, it's been a long time since I posted any pics of my fickle felines so here they are:

First Ripsy. She's getting on a bit now, we're about to get her tested for thyroid issues as she has constant diarrhoea (which to be fair doesn't seem to be bothering her) but we will get her checked out nevertheless:

Then Myshka who is my lovely 8 yr old cream boy. He's a feisty old boy who can change from loving flouffy puff to nothing but teeth and claws in a flash. But I loves him ;) here he is guarding the washing

And this is my newest addition, the beautiful Chianti (Kiki for short). She is the red persian (DON'T call me ginger) that I've wanted for the last 20 years. She is such a docile little poppet, still a bit nervous, but absolutely adorable and loves human interaction.

Yola, they are beautiful cats, all three of them. You must spend a lot of time grooming them. I hope Ripsy gets a good report from the vet.

Dinky, Myshka doesn't need that much grooming, a good brush once a week sorts him out. Rispy won't let me near her with a brush or comb, I have to take my life in my hands and risk shredding by gently teasing any knots out but Kiki needs brushing every day, she drinks from the shower (daft cat) and as a result her whole bib, face and chin ends up getting wet and tangly. She also needs her eyes wiping twice a day. But it only a few minutes so it's no great hardship.

Awwwwww little squashy faces! But I love Ripsy and hope that the vet and you can find out what's wrong. How are your boys getting along with feline care?

Angie, older boy does get involved in washing and brushing Kiki but the younger one scares her as he has yet to learn to moderate his speed of approach and volume at approach ....

Love the cats, all of them. Especially Ripsy, she looks like she could be related to my Fecto.

Hope Ripsy is OK, brilliant name by the way. How did she get to be called Ripsy?

FM - we inherited her name when she moved to us from a neighbour; they had bought a dog and she ended up living outside and followed us in when summer ended. She came to them as a stray also.

I think her actual name is Rippy, because she shreds carrier bags. Nothing else, just plastic bags. She doesn't ingest them, she just rips them up. The kids who originally owned her called her Ripsy as a diminutive of Rippy but for us she's Ripsy, Ripster or Rips.
