I've pulled the write-up off the rescue's website (she's getting institutionalised which is why I've said it's urgent - we can't take her though)

"Kimmy - APPEAL OF THE MONTH
Location: Market Weighton Homing Centre

Tabby Domestic Short Hair
Female Cat
Aged 2 years and 2 months
Time with charity: 0 years and 11 months

Kimmy is a beautiful tabby female that came to us as a pregnant stray. Now this lovely cat is looking for her own forever home. Kimmy has always been quite timid since she arrived last summer. Once her kittens were all homed we hoped she would have her time to shine but she remains a bit of a scaredy cat and needs someone very special with a lot of time and patience to help gain her trust and build her confidence. Kimmy has developed a real love of food and as a result has become rather 'round' recently! She will have a sniff of your hand and enjoys playing with string. She is used to living with other cats so would fit in well in a multi-cat household but somewhere quiet without small children. This stunning little girl has so much to offer - do you have it in you to be the one to bring her out of her shell? "

(I can't pull the image off so I've had to post the link - my computer's being silly)

I do hope Kimmy finds a good home soon. She looks to be a beautiful girl, stunning colours. I'm afraid with 5 cats and 3 dogs we don't have a vacancy for any more.

Good luck finding Kimmy a good home - she does look lovely, as do some other cats on the website. I particularly like the look of Pilchard, who just happens to share a name with one of the cats on the Catsey banner! Not that I could take him, sadly, as the Inn is full.

Lots of luck Kimmy, in finding that perfect forever home. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, beautiful wee girl.Hopefully it'll be your turn to shine soon.

Kimmy is still there - I visited today :(

And another girl (Mia) it looks like her home fell through (last time I was there she was flagged up as reserved, today she wasn't)

Mia hates other cats so she needs to be an only cat, as does Star.
