This poor wee girl was put outside in that awful wet cold stormy weather we had earlier this year to live due to the arrival of a pup, she was brought to our attention by a concerned member on our group who saw her on a popular UK freead pet advertiser.

One of our Fosters was deeply affected by this wee cats sad eyes. Owner was contacted & pitfalls of FTGH explained & they agreed to surrender to rescue.

Transport was arranged & after travelling a considerable distance she arrived at the Fosters. She was depressed & suffering from a chest infection so thank goodness she did come into rescue

The sad part is this is a little cat, approximately 4 yrs old who craves human company, all she wants is to sit on your lap, purr & be loved.

Soon we will start an appeal to get her a home - at present she is overlooked as we are in midst of kitten season, everyone wants a kitten :(

When she first arrived

Some weeks later following lots TLC & Vet treatment

What a beautiful cat - and what a sad story, one which is sadly repeated all over the country a 100 times over. You can see the worry and wariness in her eyes, the poor poppet. I hope she can find a home that is deserving of her.

Poor wee soul :( I just don't understand people, bring in one animal and then dump another! When Ranger arrived at our house, it was made very clear that if it didn't work out because of the cats, HE would have been rehomed, not them.

Some truly heartless people about, how could they do that to their companion? Anyway, perhaps this is going to be a better deal for her in the long run. Hope she gets a loving home soon, pampered by an older person with a comfy lap all for her. :)

Such a terrible shame it seems the way of the World to disown animals mind you some people disown people too.

I hope she has a lovely home really soon.

A family visiting the Sanctuary today were very keen to adopt, they just needed dad's agreement so say a wee prayer everyone x

My daughter volunteered at The Cats Protection for a few years, sadly this happens a lot. We had to restrain ourselves from taking them all home.
