Thanks everyone. Unfortunately Pickle was put to sleep this afternoon. He was beginning to suffer so I didnt want him to go downhill.

Thanks everyone. I took the decision to put him to sleep whilst he was reasonably active rather than letting him become lethargic. The vet said that he would go downhill, not get better.
