EPULIS
Has anyone had or have a dog with this. It is a lumpy overgrowth / benign tumour of the gum tissue.
Harvey has just had his yearly booster / check up & prounced healthy & fit. We were complimented on his overall condition especially his pearly white teeth. :)
Only thing out of place was the Epulis. I have heard of Boxers who had this condition - Vet said he has only ever seen them in Boxers or Boxer crossbreeds.
This is first time we have had a Boxer with one ourselves. The vet said its not causing any problems & his advice is to leave it alone but just keep an eye on it. A decision we are happy to go along with.
Just interested if anyone has ever had a dog with this condition?
