looking at that pic it could quite easliy be Marmaduke! I think its a male BSH maybe a cream or lilac colour point. It has a very round face, typical of a BSH.

nah I think its a colour point so the face is just darker than the body so it looks a bit like a ruff. and if you look the ears are the same colour as the face which is what you get with a colour point

surely to goodness people can tell the difference in size between a lioness and a cat!! Especially if they have watched it for half an hour :/ I'm a believer in there being big cats in the British countryside, too many stories of them.
