Thanks David - I see you've posted photos just as I asked to see some! What gloriously handsome cats ... I just love the little ear tufts. Do you have to spend ages grooming them?

Not at all, they barely need grooming, I think that's because they are a natural breed or something. :)
They get snow shoes as well as the ear tufts. hehe
I have a foster NFC at the moment Svartleheim Starlight Express or Star as he is known he is 4 and huge and is a poppet but his previous caring owners not never even brushed him and he has to be shaved before we could move forward with him and we have just had a nice vet nurse groom him as he was trying to shed his winter coat and was amess and sadly both OH and I have got the scars to prove his issue with grooming
They are wonderful cats, I also have 2 Rescue Ragdolls, a rescue Bengal and all me ferals and domestics at the Clan cats and their pets my 3 Border Collies Sky, Sunny and Mistral

Ah, they require some grooming then? We were told otherwise by a few breeders. Nonetheless we tend to give them a bit of a brush weekly anyway, but they take very good care of themselves so far anyway.

Their tails!? lol And their size. We have a dog, so needed a breed that wouldn't be intimidated by him, but still be able to get on with him.
I'm not really sure, their size was a factor, we really liked the idea of a large cat, so that left these, Maine Coon's and Siberians. After a bit more investigation we decided on these. We liked the Maine Coon's too, but they didn't seem quite as cute to us, I think the NFC's pink nose clinched it. :)
Thanks for all the nice comments, the are a bundle of fun and trouble all rolled into one! :)
David, you cats are stunning and you photograph them extremely well. What camera did you use?

I use a Canon 450d, a few years old now, but still very decent. :)

Lovely cats - love wegies. Amazing ear tufts on Alvaro and the eye colour on Mr Rossi is really unusual. It's the huge paws that get to me...
