Afternoon everyone.

Skye is pulling her bum across the rug after she has poo'd. The smell from the tray is really bad after and when she comes through to the livingroom, she is dragging her bum on the floor then the rug. Im thinking its poss worms so i got her a worming tablet from the vet today to see if i can get her to take it and see if it helps her. Is this a sign of worms?

It's the classic sign Pamela - can you see worms in her faeces?

Could well be her anal glands are bothering her if she has been loose of late but worming her wont do any harm.

I would say that is a classic sign of anal glands needing emptying!

Think I would have her anal glands checked., its not always a classic sign of worms, recently my Sons young cat had worms and the signs werte you could see them, and the cat had a pot belly after eating..........
