Eileen unwell

I have just received an email and news of Eileen......

Christopher had to take Eileen to the hospital emergency room yesterday afternoon as she had been unwell for the past few days .... which we knew about. She has breathing difficulties and no energy. The hospital are keeping her in for tests.

I have emailed Chris and asked him to pass on all our good wishes to Eileen and to tell her we are all thinking of her.

If there is anymore news, Chris will let me know.

Please keep Eileen in your thoughts, it's not a very good start to the year for her...:(

Update Thurs. 5th Jan

The hospital now want Eileen to have an MRI scan for her back - she is tired of all the tests and wants to go home. There is no news yet of when she will be released though.

Eileen sends her thanks to all on OFF and Catsey for the good thoughts and can't wait to get back online.

I don't think the hospital would give out information to us as we aren't related, I think Christopher has most likely been nominated to handle her affairs.

I emailed Chris yesterday but there has been no reply as yet.

Update Thurs 12th Jan.

I've received an email from Christopher today with the latest news of Eileen .......

"Eileen went back into ICU on Tuesday night - her Oxygen level dropped again and she had to go onto a full mask for oxygen delivery - Chris spent yesterday morning with her - she looked much better than she had in the past week - the doctors are still pumping her full of antibiotics to fight lung infections - she is now on a new inhaler to help clear the mucus in her lungs and they hope to have her back in a regular room today or tomorrow.

I received PM from Christoher this evening to say that Eileen's friend Carolyn, has managed to connect Eileen's Kindle to us from the hospital!!! I'm not sure when Eileen will be up to chatting to us,herself, but she sends her love and prayers.

I hope it will cheer her up by feeling closer to us....
