I finally have permission to let everyone know that I might change my name to Granny H after 19th May next year :-D
Our son and his wife told us a few weeks ago that there's a baby on the way and today mum-to-be had her first scan, everything is as it should be so I don't have to keep it all a secret any longer.
Woo-Hoo! :-D :-D

On the scan it looks like the little one has the family nose :shock: poor little mite, lets hope it's just a shadow on there :lol:
Our DIL will make a super mum, it's just rather strange thinking of our son as a daddy, he's gone all practical and decided that his 15 year old car just isn't reliable enough any more so has traded it in, making sure there's loads of boot space for all the kit they'll need and he's become very knowledgeable about Isofix thingies too. This new practical man is sooooo unlike him :lol:

Awwww...............and according to a fridge magnet my parents have, with which they totaly agree it says "If I had known grandchildren were such fun I would have had them first"
