Digital tablets???

Does anyone use one of these wondrous things? I have been looking because it's my birthday soon and I know I'd like one, but which one.

I have done some research online and for my needs/interests it seems that the Wacom Bamboo Pen and Touch A6 Graphics Tablet would be my choice.

Does anyone have any pointers or advice they could offer? Thanks.

I have to admit I'd never heard of them! Did a Google, still a bit confused (not that that's unusual! :mrgreen:) what exactly do people use them for? Not surprised that Amazon has the best price here!

They can be used for photo editing or for any sort of drawn image digitizing Eileen. You can also use it for handwriting and I am not sure whether you can also use them for font design - I'm just about to check that out!
