Lovely pictures, are the purply black ones classed as black tulips, do you know.
It triggered a memory of visiting Holland in 1969 on a school visit. We visited the Keukenhof gardens and there were black tulips, i remember being surprised by them

The purple ones are called Queen of the Night - I'm trying to find the receipt to tell me the name of the red ones!

I love tulips. I had white ones in my bouqet when I was married because I love them so much :D
