Big Garden Birdwatch 2011 this weekend!

Pick an hour this Saturday or Sunday 29/30th January to count the maximum number of each species seen in your garden or local park. The whole family can be involved!

So fill up your feeders and sharpen your pencils!

P'raps I should have added "Make sure your feline friends are safe indoors!"

Of course, you don't have to go outside either. I usually put a chair near the "best birdwatching window" and just stay there. I may move around to another window if I want a different view. Nothing like comfy warm birdwatching, maybe with a nice mug of coffee too!
