I need a new keyboard for my pc. I've had Logitech in the past and now have Microsoft Wireless 3000 and found with both keyboards that the letters wear off rather quickly. I sent the Logitech one back, but it was a horrid long winded process and don't want to repeat. OK both keyboards were cheap but thinking of disposal etc. I'd rather pay more and have something that lasts longer. It is for daily use.

There is a huge range online and all sorts of reviews etc. but I just wondered if anyone out in Catseyland had any recommendations. Thanks.

We had the Microsoft 3000 and have just got another one after a certain small boy spilt his juice into it . . . I love the soft-touch keys and the rubberised wrist area. However I didn't find on the old one that the letters wore off, despite my long nails!

So not other recommendations other than what you already have I'm afraid!

I suspect that my fingers may be extra acidic and if I had long nails, the letters on the keys may last longer! Thanks anyway Yola!!!

Sorry - laptop user here so no separate keyboard.

Our training suite at work uses Dell keyboards. They are in use 6 hours a day, 5 days a week and are still ok after three years.

I have the original keyboard that came with my Mac, so no advice here. I use a plastic keyboard protector (actually, am on my third now and about to order a fourth) so there is less wear and tear on the keys themselves. Maybe something to keep in mind ... they come to fit all makes of keyboards.
