Indoors?????
Blimey that was quick:)

I went round at 7.30 to let him out for a while, he went out and disappeared....next thing he is looking in the window at me, I had left the shed door open just enough he could get in....
Hubby went through to the utliityroom for something and he was sitting on the wheely bin looking in, and said, "Think you should bring him into the small hall, its freezing out there", needless to say he was in, in a flash, and is now sleeping on a duvet next to the radiator in my small hall....Guess who looks as if he is joining my family???

He will be kept apart from mine for a while , I want to have him neutered and settled before he is introduced......They will get used to his smell...But have no worries about him and them, think its because he is entire at the moment, its causing a bit of hassle....

Its funny, Chancer moved in with us exactly the same way!

Funny that, my Hubby says he does not like Tabby cats:roll:

Think he realises its so cold outside, even in the shed, with a basket and fleeces it was not that warm...

Think Merlin will be the one to react, he is quite a stressy cat at the best of times.....the others will just accept him....They know if mum brings it in, they get on, or else:roll:

Pat, that's wonderful news . . . and a tad spooky; almost as if Chancer laid a trail of 'breadcrumbs' to your door.

I hope Tiggles is going to be very happy in his new home :D

Sorry Harley bit you Angie . . . some big trust issues there :(

My outdoor ferals only move in to the rafters in the garage when I put in heat pads and food they have even used the ensuite litter trays I have provided

But its supposed to be Minus 23 here car said it was minus 15 at 6.30pm when I moved it and defrosted the snow off it!

Moli

Thing is....I can put Tiggles on the homing list, but...there are so many adults waiting for home, could be years before he gets one.....

But putting him on the homing list proves to your hubby he is not a permentant fixture.................but looks like everyone agrees on that apart from Tiggles.

Well, best plan is to check the list in a few years and see if you think it is the right time then. :-D Sorted.

He has been out today for a wander, stayed out for a while, then up at the utilityroom window wanting in.....He is getting fussy though, gave him fish lastnight and he turned his nose up, he had chicken tonight and about fell head first intot he dish!!!

Nice to know that he can "afford" to be a bit fussy - and is therefore not a poor starving kitty. Lucky boy.

LOL, Moli, he's adapting to a steady food supply very quickly! Misty remembered only too well the days she was a hungry lost kitten; to the day she died she wasn't picky: her motto was "If you see food EAT IT!"

Moli
10-12-2010, 10:31 PM
He is home and doing well, thankfully the blood tests were normal, He does not seem to realise he had the snip, acting the same as usual they say he is 2-3 years old so quite a young cat..., will wait a week or so, then slowley introduce him to my boys.....

Hubby was going to work the other morning, and he passes a farm not far from us, said he saw quite a few cats in the yard who looked a lot like Tiggles..so looks like thats where he has come from..

angieh
10-12-2010, 11:01 PM
What a good cat - glad he's OK Moli and that his bloods are negative. A gentle cuddle to him from me. Hope he gets on well with your resident pride.

We were never quite sure where Chancer came from, but Tiggles is so like him nature wise....

That farm was cleared of kittens a few years ago, and all the adults neutered....:roll:looks like there is another colony there...

Kazz

Well looks like Tiggles has found himself another colony.
