Well Sal had her lump removed from her gum and her ears cleaned got aphonecall from the vet about 10.30ish to say they had found a lump on her front left foot just behind her pad, on her wrist so to speak hidden by the pad. Quite a red angry lump (they took a picture) I said yes remove it she has 6 disovable stitches there and the lump has gone off to be tested.

Hoo Hum she is fine came home last night at 5.40 (appointment 5.10) and hse ate her dinner (light one) at 6.30 and then slept the whole night through she has come home with a massive buster collar to stop her fussing the stitches which of course so far being Sal she has ignored. Not a lick, or second look.

She was limping slightly last night but nothing today. In fact apart from the shaved area on her front leg where needle in she shows no sign of anything happening. Back tomorrow to the vet at 3 hopefuly results back and nothing more to say.

She cannot go for walks due to where the cut is to keep pressure off but try telling her that; last night she brought me her collar and lead when that was removed from dog collecting area  she fetched my shoes, hat, trainers, and then car keys!!!! so before she fetched the wardrobe or kitchen sink - she has been round the block on lead. This morning and tonight:roll::roll::roll:

Just love the picture of her insisting a walk was required.

I hope your lovely girl is ok, and the results are fine.

Back from vets.................waiting room full - well for my vets - a hyper Springer Spaniel in there and a very - very vocal Sharpei......who did not like other dogs and what did she have it on Yeap extending lead..... and a lady with two cats. Brothers in for the snip only kittens tabby's gorgeous. Lady with kittens came and sat by me. ;)

Sal totaly unfussed just lay down with her head on my foot. Vet had a look and said she could see Sal had not been licking her foot - they can tell apparently ;) but to keep the buster collar. Back next Friday. Her foot is healing excellently on lead walks only and not in mud if possible, her mouth is perfect and ears good.

So not a bad day all in all.
