Really disappointed

After paying an extra £6.95 for next day Express delivery, the Comfy collar never arrived. Im so disapointed. It said on site for next day delivery your order had to be in by 2pm, I placed mine at 11am!

I have emailed them - whats the point in promising express delivery & charging for it & then it doesnt happen :(

It came after 3pm - unheard of down here, post always here by lunchtime

Put it on, looked better & we were admiring it thinking it looked well if somewhat bulky when she turned down & very deftly started to tug at her stitches!!! Absolutely flabergasted. Buster collar had to go back on :(

Oh lord! Stubborn kitty, determined to pluck at her stitches! Well, you tried; hope she'll tolerate the old collar long enough for the healing to start.... :roll:
