He is lovely, such big eyes. Love the little wispy white on his chest. I hope he settles well and Murphy is ok with him.

Thanks folks.

His health notes say he's a healthy clean boy - certainly uses his litter tray very well anyway.

I can see why it said 'very playfull' - I've been 'star jumped' a few times already and Karen's been 'run over' on the sofa during one of his zoomies.

I'd forgoten what they were like at this age - mad, crash, sleep, mad, crash, sleep.

No doubt some fun and games to come.

2nd injections due in a few weeks although rather than go to our vet we've to get them done at the vets that the shelter use as they're already paid for. The shelter took a donation from us.

Hannah loves him already despite the prickles.

What a lovely wee poppet! As you said, kittens are either full speed ahead or dead in the water... no in between stage. Hope he'll settle in well with Paddy and Murphy....

He is lovely - I like your expression 'zoomies'- a perfect description of kitten madness.

Is he into biting your feet or anything? Mine were terrors when they were kittens... your feet were not safe in bed at nighttime! Every movement was a joy for them to attack!.... ouch!

Yes feet are a favourite of his.

One of our previous cats (Bramble) was a demon when it came to foot attacks. Not something I hope to go through again lol

Feet are apparently "bed mice" to many kittens! And need to be caught and killed, of course ..... thankfully most seem to outgrow it as they get older! :D

Well we just introduced Murphy to Casper properly.

Murphy just stood there without much of a care whilst Casper twitched and stalked. Casper eventually made a zippy run towards him and BOSH - a big left hook to the nose.

Perhaps we'll try again tomorrow.

They'll adjust. Murphy's just showing who's the alpha cat.
