I though I would post some pics of my lot as I haven't been on here properly for a wee while. They have all accepted Poppy the puppy! They will play with her - so much so I am starting to worry about her. She is spending a lot of time sitting on windowsills and has even been trying to use the scratching post - without much success  . When she plays, she 'boxes' like a cat and a lot of people have commented on this  . Perhaps a case of identity crisis coming up?? :? Bless...

Enjoy...

This puppy is hard work... a nap is in order!

Great photos! Poppy is definitely thinking she's a cat - does she mix with other dogs at all??? Isn't it great how they are all accepting of each other now? I do love to see photos of different species being friends.

Thanks! It is lovely to see them playing together.

Yes, Poppy is very well socialised, she socialises with my OH's parent's dogs every day and other dogs/puppies too... but seems to be taking a liking to the cat way of life!! :-)

What lovely photos! One of our previous cockers was very cat-comfortable and from being a tiny puppy used to wash herself just like a cat, I swear I've never seen a dog so fussy about personal care

Morgan cocker on the other hand is all dog but working on his relationship issues especially with Jason our boy cat. Your Poppy looks so relaxed with the cats, well done on her socialisation.

ps Have you been to the cocker place I mentioned to you?

Thanks! I am amazed at their relationship, considering that the cats took so badly to her arrival. It isn't all rosy though, when they are outside, they don't wan't to know Poppy! It is wiered - maybe their cat friends might see them socialising with a dog!

Yes, I have been to the cocker place you mentioned, but not been online properly for a while but am back now! (thanks)

What smashing pictures Poppy certainly seems to think she is a sideshoot of the feline species.
They look so happy together. Lovely pictures, beautiful animals all of them.
