Emma - I just had to keep scrolling though those - what amazing pictures! You both look radiant . . . what a wonderful day it must have been.

As you know, I adore Cortona anyway and remember seeing weddings going on on the several occasions we were there - great to see someone I 'know' having their wedding there :D

What's the car by the way? I can't quite make out the badge on the front . . . (the typeface hints at Bugatti . . . surely not :shock: )!

The car was an Alvis TA14 - made in the UK - link to the website - http://www.driveinstyle.it/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=20:alvis-ta14&catid=4&Itemid=45

It was a great car (although it struggled up the roads to Cortona) but looks great in the photos.

It is nice for me to know of somebody who has also been to Cortona :-)

Alvis - no wonder it looked familiar, I had one for my 1st wedding . . . slightly different model, less sporty and more upright, but very maroon :D

Adore these photos, they capture the day beautifully, like Alex my fav is the first one, so very ethereal and mystical. I know nowt about cars but it's very in-keeping with the surroundings :) Gorgeous!

A beautiful wedding in a stunning location. The one of you and your Dad is lovely. And the birds eye view of the steps....different perspective. But all were fantastic.
