I made this today (was inspired by something I saw in tesco)
Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta Surprise
1 pepper
2 tins of tuna
1 tin of sweetcorn
Bottle of salad cream or mayo
3 handfuls of pasta
Serves 3-4 (depending on appetite)
Cook the pasta thoroughly
Drain the pasta
Add all the ingredients into a microwaveable container
Put in the microwave for 3 minutes on high
Stir well and put back in for 2 minutes
Serve and enjoy
