Surely they don't just send them standard post....you must be able to track them......surely to God......

I was told they would be posted by special delivery, receptionist I spoke with said recorded delivery. The pharmasist who delt with it is off sick and they cannt give me the tracking number of which ever way they were sent. All they can tell me is that they were posted on the 24th of Feb.

So sorry to hear about this Elaine. The Pharmacist really should have left a record of the tracking number in the office. I hope matters are resolved soon.

That is shocking Elaine... but they should be able to be tracked down... hopefully the woman you need to speak with will have the answers for you and be able to sort it out...

She is still off sick. Called several times today but only managed to get through twice. Have asked for the tracking number both times and they said that the nurse who is covering will call me back with it but no one has yet.

That level of customer service is disgusting. I'd suggest, like Karen, to call back and ask for a manager and mention that you'd like to make a formal complaint.

Even if this person is off sick, surely someone can phone her? This is all very distressing for you and they are not making things any easier.

Trouble is these problems always happen when someone is at their lowest point and finding it distressing to deal with. Can G or someone else not make a stink on your behalf Elaine?

Eva's ashes have been located phew.....
They have infact never left the Dick Vet School:?
Anyway I am releived they are still there and not in a mail sack somewhere in the country.
After I called this morning and they told me they were infact still there, I called Kazz and let her know who was berating me for not taking names and blood groups of those who I had been talking to. Was about to call them back when one of the practice managers called me (Kerry, blood group O), she appologised profusely and said that this sort of thing should never have happened and that she would make sure Eva's ashes were in the post to me this afternoon.
