View Full Version : What do you wear in bed?
OK, a bit cheeky but following on from the hospital gown comments it's got me thinking . . . are you a fleecy nightie girl, a lacy nightie girl, PJs, shorts, undies, joggers, oversized t-shirt or . . . ahem . . . nothing
Ignore the nightie option if you're male please

I like those large T-shirt type nighties and ........ bed socks!
I am oversized tshirts and nightshirts all short sleeved or no sleeves with thinnish straps ....can't stand restriction or anything on my arms.
Although I also have some lovely lovely silk, nightdresses...again thin straps...they feel lovely....
i'm with you Karen, I don't like my arms covered.
I wear strappy vests and lightweight 3/4-length PJ bottoms. I used to wear short nighties, not overtly sexy ones but quite short. Sadly thighs no longer permit that
I don't do dressing gowns either. Instead I have a hooded zip top with pockets or if it's really cold I'll wear a fleece and my sheepskin bootie slippers :D

I usually wear some old scrub trousers and a vest
I can't sleep if I'm hot so couldn't wear anything with sleeves.

I have a dressing gown I've had for absolutely ages, would love a nice new fleecy warm one, but can't find what I like. I did like the one Helen Mirren wore in The Queen. Trouble is, I don't like paying royal prices!

If it's cold, I wear as much as I can, if G feels amourous, I wear as much as I can and hide a knife under the pillow:lol:
Only joking, comfy pj's for me, getting old now....
Usually an embroidered loose-fitting cotton nightie, but if it's hot weather then I manage without!

If you're a ****** and turner in bed, clothes bunch up and are uncomfortable; bare is better!

Oh dear, apparently that common word I used has another meaning in the UK, as the Censor has deleted it! "To move restlessly" is all it means here ,,,,

I just Googled British slang for that word the Censor deleted....
When my boiler was down and the house cold I tried wearing a tee shirt in bed and couldn't get to sleep till I took it off...agree with Kim!
OK, just worked out what it was . . . as in tossing and turning? LOL!
I would not have thought that word would have been "******" how odd in the context it was fine tossing and turning.....
Good thread though Yola.

For the first time ever I have some fleecy pjs that I got for Xmas. I wear them when its cold. Good for sitting around in before bed too. If its warmer I have silky nighties. Sometimes I end up wearing nothing... no set rules with me!
pajama pants and a loose comfy shirt.
