Out of the cat door, brrr it's cold. Round to the patio door to look pitiful and make the little monkey open it. Go in, accept fuss for being a poor cold kitty. Go out of the cat door again. Brr, it's cold (repeat ad infinitum).
Variation 1
As above but when door is opened give disdainful look as if to say, 'why have you opened the door?'
Variation 2
Play the game for so long that the little monkey says 'oh no mate, I'm not falling for that' and proceed to wail and scrabble at the door until she relents and opens the door. Walk away with tail flick.
I love Tolly to bits but some days......
