Creating Websites

I'm trying to create a website (given up for tonight though) and it's driving me round the bend because it won't let me add pages :evil:

Is there any way of being able to design it on powerpoint then uploading it??? :evil: :?

I've managed to get it uploaded and the link on my profile but I'm trying to get adsense on it and it's not playing ball :evil:
