Angie you don't need an ipod as JBL speakers come with a lead that should connect to any MP3 player.

I don't have any MP3 player .......................... just an old (over 25 years) hi-fi and my computer which has a CD/DVD player.

Am I VERY out of date?

Yes!!!!!! :-D

Seriously - I love my ipod. Have loads on it and shuffle all the tracks so I never know what's coming next. Wear it out walking the dogs, reading books, at breaks in work etc. I love it.

You and I both Angie! Although I'm getting very close to deciding to invest in one (no point wishing for one for Christmas coz I've had the same thing for the last 3 years; a voucher for the local pretty undies shop  ).

It's when I would listen to it though . . . in the car, nope. At home? nope, I listen to spotify or CDs. Out and about? Nope, I need to be able to hear the boys and yell at them when necessary. So although I love technology and the idea of having one, not sure if it would get much use.

The speakers are nice though :D

The clincher for me would be what's the sound like?
