Dating Sites

Do you think dating sites are a good idea? My opinion is if they are used properly and responsibly they are OK.

Well, responsibly and properly, I guess. Afraid I'm a bit old fashioned about them: anyone can say anything about themselves, and there are lot of predators out there. And just plain geeks, nerds, egotists, type A people, controllers. users....and yes, decent nice people that you'd probably like. But which is which? I'm afraid I'm a dinosaur, think it's best to meet people through work, college, friends, etc. No disrespect meant to those who use them .... just my thoughts.

well it all depends who signs up for them. ive been on them in the past and there are alot of liars and married men on them just after one thing. you have to be very careful
