View Full Version : Tortie cats
Does anyone have a picture of a tortie coloured cat. The vet nurse said they were torties. I have been googling but cant find anything useful and i know this is the best place to ask. What is the charcteristic of a tortie, or could they be a calico colour. My friends ask me how there doing and i cant keep saying they look like mini rotteweillers. The kittens are so playful and roll around there bed and the largest cracker usual starts it off as well. There dad is ginger and ther grandma is a tortie

I may be wrong, but isn't "calico" the American term for "tortie"?

No, here "calico" is tortie and white, like Cassie, or Kuan Yin.
