After spending our holiday money and suffering 2 weeks of the worst of August's weather, here's the result ! Glad to say we love it and next year will bbq to our hearts delight. Posh has a new safer playground too :

Money well spent PP! Glad that Posh will be safer. Perhaps we should have a Catsey BBQ at your new garden?

Now, if you could choose anyone in the world past or present to officially open your new garden - who would it be?

I thank you for your nice comments, and yes, I'd love to a Catsey BBQ, and you'd all be welcome :-D
Perhaps a nice cyberversion will suffice ;), I'll make the arrangements ...

Who I'd want to officially open the garden,um,well Daniel Craig is probably busy;) but it would be rather lovely to get a visit from the Queen. Coming to a down-to-earth bbq ,everyone calling her Betty, getting stuck in to a chicken drumstick, having a sit down on a canvas deckchair, waving away the wasps. I'd even put up with a corgi or two. It would be a garden party she'd remember for a very long time.. :-D,

That a great picture you paint PP - I could see Betty there perched in her deckchair, waving away wasps with her chicken drumstick, her tiara slightly askew!!! Not sure Posh would get on with the corgis though - did you ask her permission to invite them???? :-D :-D :-D

That's looking great! What a good job. I"ll definitely come to the cyberbarbecue; would be nice to meet the Queen! Lucky Posh to have such a pleasant spot to relax in the sun.
