I brought a bucket of compost in from the garage, to top dress some of my big plants, put it down in the utilityroom, turned my back, and Casper decided to use it as a littler tray, closely followed by Merlin!!!!

I had to stop eating home grown lettuce last year- I was growing it in an old wooden veg box and caught Smudge helping with the fertilization - kind of off putting. I have to net it now!

How considerate of you to offer an option to their usual litter. I can't wait to see the pics of them all in their wellies!!!

Hahahaa sounds like something mine would do, seems every time I change the litter for fresh they are queuing up and use every ruddy tray asap, i'm sure they do it on purpose.

Lol, that is Rule # 8 in the Cats Manual: the minute the box is changed you MUST instantly use it!

Every one of mine has always done that:-D

Leo can be in the garden an hour, then come in and use a clean litter tray!

My Siamese boy did that always...he'd be out in the garden, scratch at the door to come in and use the litter box, then go back outside. His mom taught him too well that that was the place to do it! :-D
