We have one gooseberry bush and it has been laden this year. We have already made 2 lots of jam, one with orange added and one without.

Still have quite a lot of fruit left. Does anyone have any suggestions for further recommended recipes?

It's really very easy Leesy and gooseberry seems to set really quite well. I'll put something in the recipe sticky tomorrow.

Do you know, I have never even seen, much less eaten gooseberries! I don't think they're well known here!
