Just been reading my local paper and it has pussells advertised at £450 each (pug cross jack russell), you wouldnt pay that for a jack russell never mind a cross breed....
I seriously wish some one would call an end to this designer cross breeding and I wish people would stop paying funny money to these people out to make a fast buck.
Aggghhhhh this is a hobby horse of mine don't get me started.

Me too Kazz, me too, mind technically I do have a 'sprollie' and a 'dalmador', dalmador cracks me up though, or 'labramatian' but they weren't sold as anything like that, Star's siblings were being sold for £150 and Charlie was free.
Ridiculous amounts of money being paid for crosses these days. No health checks or nothing either do they most of the time?

I think it is just a con.
I have 3 designer dogs- 2 cobradors or lallies ( lab cross collie) and a dallie or colmation ( collie cross dalmation).
Or to me crossbreds who cost nothing!

There's people advertising in our local paper various crossbreeds for sale (didn't use the word crossbreed thugh - can't remember offhand which two breeeds were crossed)
They are mongrels! not pedigree crosses!
