........ and this is Pidge who tapped on my back door a couple of weeks ago. We took him to the pigeon club at the local pub and he came back to us 3 days ago and doesn't look like he's going anytime soon :D

Those babies are so sweet, I didn't realise the insides of their mouths were so yellow!

Pidge is a smart bird :D he has a ring on so he may be moving house Anne!;)

I just waited for the mum and dad to fly off for food then got the step ladders. Just had to be quick, I got about a hundred shots of just a box

Pidge is thick, he's just fair game to my dogs and still hangs around all day. He taps on the door and we we shoo him off but he tries to come in.

He just walks around the garden all day until I let the dogs out and he then sits in the gutter waiting for them to go in then back down he comes

Great photos Anne. Love those blue tits! Sorry about pidge - if his owner claims him I'm afraid he won't last very much longer.

Amazing pictures of the blue tits. Pidge is lovely. Am I being thick but what would happen to him if his owner claims him? if he doesn't want him, couldn't he just live as a wild pigeon? I guess things aren't that simple, perhaps the wild pigeons wouldn't accept him :(

He's a racer Kim but not a very good one or he wouldn't be here. The owner wants winners and unfortunatly Pidge isn't one, so basically no good to whoever owns him :(

I'm afraid Pidge will be despatched pdq - he or she is no good for breeding. You could adopt him Anne?

Thanks, I was afraid that might be the case... Poor Pidge, I hope his life can be spared. :(
