I've come up with a way of raising money for the charity I volunteer at.

I'm planning on setting together a booklet filled with poems (some rescue related, some not)

Are there any poems anyone on here would be OK with me putting into the booklet? (ones that have been written by you please)

What a lovely idea, RCR. I wish you all the best with doing this. Have you thought about how to get your booklet printed or are you planning to DIY?

DIY (ie use my printer at home)

I won't be using any pictures in it, due to colour ink.

B&W pictures can be lovely RCR - could you or anyone you know do some pen and ink type drawings?

Sudden thought: if I print out one copy for Catsey, post it to a member (not decided who yet) then they could post it on to the next person and so on until anyone who wants to see it has seen it.

Anyone interested?

This was an anonymous poem I read years ago.

Long haired, short haired, smooth or fluffy
Cuddly or loving, aloof or stuffy.

Pedigree, moggie, kitten or cat
Rescue a kitty, it’s good for your heart.
