It's been about a year and a half since my mouse's cagemate went to the rainbow bridge. Honestly, when we got them they were going to be feeders for a snake and when the snake died they just kind of wound up pets. I've grown quite fond of my remaining mouse and educating myself more on their care. One thing I found in my research is mice are social and really appreciate a buddy. So I decided to pick her up a girlfriend today to talk about mousie issues and such.
Here's the new baby!:D

After about ten minutes of establishing dominance, my oldie started grooming the newbie. She's kind of forgotten her mousie manners being alone so long:oops: But I think it's working out. They are establishing boundaries and getting to know each other. I hope it spices up her life. She's two which is getting kinda old for a mouse and I think she needs it.;)
