Not sure about the rarity but Jo in Australia has a ginger girl called Princess Harri. All the torties I know of are female tho )

Torties are almost 100% female, as the gene is sex linked, The rare male does appear, but is almost always sterile.

I've never met any ginger females, but know they do exist.

We had a ginger & white female - does that count! :-D I have never seen an all ginger female, but I'm sure they do exist too.

Our Candy is mainly ginger, she has white toes and a small white bib. We have 3 ginger boys, (did have 4) and they were all very gentle, Candy on the other hand is a firecracker.

DM is right about torties, they are always female. Sex linked colour gene. Males have been seen, but are extremely rare & are a genetic mystery and are sterile.

I have seen several all ginger females. They are not as rare as people think.
