Clever Wilma is now a foster mummy too. One of the other CP cats had a litter on thursday too, she had 6, but she hasn't been the best of mums tbh. But then as she's only 8 months old it's not surprising  She rejected the little fella, and wont let anyone near her kittens yet. One of the vet nurses took him home to handrear but he hasn't been getting on well with the bottle. So they thought they would give Wilma a try. As soon as I put him in with her she started licking and cleaning him straight away:D I've had to sit with him for the last hour to keep latching him onto the nipple, as he didn't have a clue bless him, but he's getting there. My 3 are HUGE compared to hm so there will be no trouble telling him and BamBam apart lol (he's B&W btw). So this one has been named Dino, and I'll try and get a pic later, don't want to disturb things too much just now.

That's very sweet.

We sometimes foster puppies onto different bitches at work. (Only when nec, not something we do unless we really need to) In fact we fostered some last Thursday.

Glad she likes her new baby!

Oh bless her, what a good mum! What a shame the other one having a litter at only 8 months ...a baby herself yet... :(

oi you

We were going to call him Barney like the little friend of Fred, but decided he was going to have to be a fighter, to grow up big and strong like a dinosaur, so Dino it was lol.

that's ace.

We used to have 2 kennel-cats at work, called Dino & Pebbles.....

(they didn't live in a kennel  they just roamed the kennels )

When we first got Dino & Pebbles as kittens, we had a competition at our open Day to name them, Dino & Pebbles won. :-D

he's still with us and doing well :D Checked on him first thing and he's in the middle of the others while mum was having her breakfast, screaming at the top of his lungs along with the other 3 lol. Will get a pic later.

I imagine he will if he has been accepted. I saw the logic of the Dn name straight away.............:)...I mean Barney is kinda small ain't he.
