Little minx gave us heart failure there! She's just had the second baby, and because it took so long the vets said if she hadn't had it by 6pm to take her down (she was still contracting and straining), but at 2 mins to 6 she gave birth to a little breech baby!! Doing fine and moving about etc and mum is cleaning as I type, so hopefully the others will pop out easily now.

Okay remind me whats a torbie.

TORtoiseshell tabBY.... tortie coat, tabby markings on face, chest, legs, tummy and tail. Leia is a dilute one. Also known in the States as patched tabbies.

I think Kizzy is a torbie!

I think you're right, Angie; she does have a tortie coat, and tabby markings on face, chest and legs...can't see her tail or tummy in the pics, but think you've nailed it...a gorgeous brown torbie!

So they are tabbies then....................

Part tabby, part tortie, Kazz. best of both coat patterns. But your basic tabby (felis lybica) is behind all domestic cats. I guess you could say tabby is the default cats coat.

How many kittens did she end up with Alex?

Do you have any pregnant cats or kittens on your waiting list, if you do and want us to take any, we have spaces for pregnant ones or youngsters

She ended up with 3, must have been carrying a heck of a lot of water that's all I'm saying lol!! But 3 lovely wee fat kittens, very cute of course.

We don't actually have any pregnant ones or youngsters waiting to come in smudgley, it's still a bit quiet just now. Another one of our cats gave birth yesterday. She had 6!! and she was a lot smaller than Wilma. But she had gingers and ginger and whites! So a nice wee selection of colours born yesterday lol.
