Got back from the hospital last night at 8.30 and had a call from the branch co-ordinator at just after 8.30 to say someone had been round her house with a found ill cat, but because her husband wouldn't take the cat in straight away, she took it and dumped it in the local wood! When H got home she went to look for the cat who was there in the wood. H brought her to me and she is very old and extremely thin with a distended abdomen, she does not look well at all. I'm taking her to the vets now, but I don't think she will be coming back.

Awwwwwww bless what a sad story for the old girl:( :( , it is such a shame that a cats life can end so sadly all alone just abandoned, it makes me so mad and so sad for them:( :(

How can people DO that! :( At least try and get her in some shelter and care for her, I cannot fathom some people.

What a busy morning!
I've taken her to the vets and managed to locate her owners and she has now been PTS. She was 17years old.

What a sad, horrible story! Makes me so angry at the people who would do that, it's just inhumane. I hope what goes around comes around....

How could anyone do that to any cat, let alone such an ill and elderly one. Poor sweetheart, at least she is free from pain now. RIP angel.
