Just dyed my hair a fantastic shade of deep but vibrant red. Love it.
Having it cut on wednesday, thinking about getting a fringe and getting it all choppy.

My hair colour is awful at present. Got blonde with very dark brown roots & my black underneath! Looks a mess!

I'm not having it all cut off, I want to keep the length but just dont want to look like the wild woman of wonga any more. I have WAYYYYY too much hair and would gladly sell some of it.

I do want it to be bright bright red Mags, it was alot redder but alot has washed out. Or maybe a deep purple:?

That is a super colour, but red is very volatile and doesn't last well. Remember when I had my pinky-red hair and blonde when preggy with Seb? :shock: It washed out really quickly!

I look forward to the 'after' shot with interest . . . you've already got quite a lot of layers in your hair so a more 'choppy look' should look great :D

I might call that colour auburn ..... or mahogany? I once had my hair a similar colour and loved it. My OH didn't recognise me when he came to pick me up from the hairdresser! (That's not the reason I loved the colour!!!)
