Just a couple of the garden early this morning. The light is rather eerie

This is my 'Cube' table & chairs set - not fully unpacked as you can see, but I do like the design

Great photos DM - that light is spooky - what time did you take the photos? I noticed a strange light in the sky around 8.10 ............. not sure if it shows as well as yours though.

Don't those flowers look cheerful!

I would think it was about that time angie - before I had my porridge!

I bought that basket of flowers at the local market when we had the veranda done. I expect it was at the very beginning of December. The poor things have been out (but under the veranda) ever since and although the primulas are obviously happy, I think the hyacinth were hoping for a cool room indoors! They're still nothing like in full flower and it's been 2 months! However ... a good way to get lasting colour.

It WILL be tamed - now have a chap coming to tidy it once a week!!! It was getting too much for me.

Thanks for the pics, DM, don't mind at all looking at other peoples snow...as long as I don't have to go out in it! Brave Bentley going out in the wet cold stuff; bet he didn't stay too long. Angie, looks as if you got more where you are; lovely pic; think Kazz is right. Secret Garden would be on my list of all time favorite children's books.
And loved the flowers.

I do love snowy pictures. Especially when its all newly fallen and fresh.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of the cube in the spring. Smashing idea. What did Chester make of the snow?

That's Figgy-boy, the fig tree Kazz.
He's quite big now, and quite old. He moved house with us here and was a good few years old then. I expect he's 10 or 12.
