Oh yes indeed I did, fell/slipped down an embankment while out walking Toby. Have hurt the back of my thigh down to the back of my knee. Had to soldier on though as i had a full day of dogs still to do and 5 flights of stairs to climb to see to the cockateils.
Stiffening up nicely now:roll:
Atleast it's the weekend now and i can rest it till monday.

Oh dear poor you! Have you got any arnica in your house - very good for bringing out bruises.

No booze involved Pat:lol: The air was rife with foul language, Toby just stood looking at me with a look that said "what the hell are you doing there, now treat please"

I'm just glad you didn't break anything!

I know we have some type of insurance here that companies can buy for key personnel, so if they're unable to work the business won't go down the drain. Wonder if there's such a policy for small business sole proprietors? Probably would be pricy, I suppose.....

I know our vets have professional insurance in case they suffer any injury that would make it impossible for them to work i.e a fractured hand. I thought about something similar, especially as I had to go back to work this summer with my chest injury, before I was really ready to, as we couldn't survive on my sick pay.
