Doing what they do best...........sleeping!


It's occured to me that most of the pics I post of the girls.....are of them sleeping! I think it's because;

a) it's what they do most, and they do it so well!
b) it's the only time they stay still long enough for
me to get their pictures LOL!

These ones were taken over the last few days, and the ones of Mousie in front of the fire (her favourite Saturday night place to be!) were taken tonight.

Indeed I did enjoy! Especially Mousie in front of that lovely fire; is that a thermal cushion she's on? Looks very much like Leia's. only hers is leopard spots, not tiger stripes. A lot of my pics are either sleeping or utterly relaxed shots, Leia doesn't do "action"much! Your girls are lovely; thanks for sharing those!

That is a thermal cushion she's on! We bought it for Miw about 2 years ago and she refused to use it as she didn't like the "crinkly" sound it made when she stepped on it! We just pulled it back out of the cupboard this week for Mouse to use as she likes to be in front of the fire. The red bed in the first picture was also originally Miw's which she refused to use when we got it. NOW however, Miw will sleep in that bed or on the cushion.......just to keep Mouse from sleeping there I think LOL!

My girls do either NO action.....sleeping, or far too much fast action to get on the camera LOL there rarely seems to be an in-between!

Lovely pictures Tina! Mousie's thermal cushion is just the same as Merlin's - he loves it and it's in front of our fire! Can't beat it for catappeal!

Still trying different wet foods for something Mousie will eat. Tried the Sainsbury's "Perfectly Meaty" which she nibbled a bit of, but will try it again and see if she can get accustomed to it. Also tried something called "Encore" which I found in Sainsbury's......quite expensive, but has a variety of flavours with either chicken or tuna as the main base, and all have 75% meat content! Mousie nibbled at that at dinner time.......and then someone scoffed the rest of it at some point before we went to bed LOL but not entirely sure if it was Mouse or Miw. It'll be fresh poached cod tonight when hubby makes me a fish curry......so they'll both eat hearty tonight (hand fed of course LOL!).
