Smudge has had a vey trying day as the staff have singularly failed to please in several ways!
The weather has been most unsatisfactory which was reported to the staff on at least 97 occasions after brief trips outside
The staff removed ALL food bowls and made the kitchen floor wet with that horrible 'mop' thing
Madam's snoozing was interrupted by the big noisy hoover thing
Hints to light the fire have only just been heeded
Most displeased......

my 2 find the staff let them down alot. after all all they where offered was salmon which they of course turned their noses up. and they have had a little foot stamp and now they are holding out for caviar,
lidles had some last yr on special so if it comes back i might get them some as a special treat.
knowing those 2 fussy boys the noses will go up and then it will be the tail flick.
the dog does well.

Gosh, Smudge has got the QV look off to a T "I am NOT amused". At least she could praise her staff for an excellently caught photo of "her notamusedness"!

She feels praising staff may give them ideas above their station but she may deign to purr later.......

Madam certainly has the "We are not amused" look down pat! Poor girl, good help is so hard to come by these days.. :-D
Perhaps a specially prepared meal later will placate her......
Oh, that look on her face is brilliant LOL! I think maybe the best and warmest bed in the house should be hers tonight......regardless of what human member of staff it usually belongs to! LOL!

Er, Smudge will let us share the bed but the hot water bottle is hers and her alone!

thats odd my cat kept going out...in ...out..in today aswell! got on my nerves a bit!! :lol:

Oh dear - well, lets' hope the situation improves today!
The weather is probably worse but maybe a house full of lovely Sunday roast smells and maybe a few meat scraps will improve things.

after all... the weather must be just right when Madam is in the mood to socialise and promenade.
