Supreme Cat Show

Is anyone going to the Supreme from Catsey, either showing or visiting?

I will be there with Kisses as she is going for her first UK Grand Premier :shock: . Candice is coming with me as well.

If anyone wants to know which pen we will be at just pm I am sure Kisses would love a cuddle.

Id like to go but I dont want to pay because it was so dissappointing last year, coupled with the car park you're looking at about £28! Im not sure I can throw at away.

Dawn, I don't know how it is in the UK, but when I was going to the shows here I never paid as I was with my breeder friends...helping carry things, getting set up, etc. Could you go with someone who was showing?

I'm not going either, I think it is expensive to get in, then the extortionate car parking charges and each year I've been it has been smaller and more disappointing. I vowed last time that it would be the last. When I first started going it was huge and a great day out, not so now. :(

If its anything like the dogs shows Eileen, you'd need a helpers pass or something. They dont like letting you in for nothing!:) Sounds like you have a much more friendly system out there.

What a shame; I got to all the shows free. Actually, one time when my friend was outside having a smoke and her cat was called, I got to carry her up to the ring! Made me feel very important... :-D

We had a really tiring day today but it was good. It was lovely to see Sweet again as she was visiting the show and of course Charlie and Fran.

Kisses didn't get her UK Grand but I was pleased with her fourth place as she beat a UK Grand Champion & Imperial Grand Premier who got the UK Grand last year. She revelled in all the attention and really played up to the judge & stewards by talking to them and trying to grab them through the bars, bless her. We will try again next year.
